Multi Engine
Class Rating

What is a multi engine class rating (MECR)?

Have you mastered the ways of flying a single engine aircraft and looking to operate more complex and higher performance aircraft? Does the idea of having a spare engine sound like a great idea?

In this course, you will be taught the difference between the operation of a single engine aircraft versus a multi engine aircraft, and the different threats and errors that a multi engine pilot will have to overcome.

This course requires the candidate to hold the Manual Pitch Propeller Control (MPPC) and Retractable Undercarriage (RU) endorsements. Training for these endorsements can be undertaken during the course which will vary the cost and time required for the course.
