What is an Instrument Rating Training Approval?
How long will the training take?
Training at Major Blue Air can be done at your own pace, allowing flexibility around your schedule. At a full time capacity this course can expect to be completed in 3 weeks.
What does the training course consist of?
The course consists of briefings to cover the syllabus requirements including NDB, VOR, DME, GNSS, DGA, RNAV and ILS (as required) as well as associated theory, navigation and planning.

Enrollment Requirements
- CPL
- Flight Instructor Rating
- Command Instrument Rating
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- Must pass a class 1 medical examination.
- Aviation Security Identification Card
- Good grades in English & Maths is a plus.
